sound·scape

ˈsoun(d)skāp/

noun

the sounds heard in a particular location, considered as a whole.

The audio of our everyday lives plays an important role in the structure and understanding of our day. From the rumbling of the train in the morning, to the wind tapping against the bedroom window at night, the sounds around us define our space.

With these soundscape recordings, I hope for the listener on one hand, to be immersed in new, far-off destinations yet to be experienced, while also being transported back to a familiar time and place, either cherished or forgotten until now.
